He has successfully managed numerous City and County initiatives, expertly coordinating with multiple departments through the platting process while handling all project phases, from drafting and report writing to design, construction inspection, financial oversight, and project closeout.

As a professional title researcher for Right-of-Way (ROW) land acquisition, he ensures accurate property documentation and compliance. His technical expertise encompasses photogrammetry, ROW acquisition, mapping, abstracting, platting, boundary surveying, civil engineering, and PS&E package development.
